What other metals other than gold are used?
The color stone stringing is done using non-precious micro-plated wires. This choice is made to support the weight of the heavier stones, as 22kt gold, while exquisite, is relatively soft and may not withstand the load without compromising its integrity.
Does all jewellery come accompanied by a certificate?
Yes, we have all our jewellery certified by our inhouse laboratory, and each piece of jewelry comes with an accompanying certificate.

Shipping Inquiries

I'm eager to receive my KZL jewels. How soon can I expect them to arrive?
Your KZL jewels will be on their way to you in no time! Typically, we ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Following that, the delivery time to your location generally ranges from 1-7 days. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order is en route.If you require your piece urgently, don't hesitate to contact us at +917405036331 or +917926026662 and we'll make every effort to expedite your delivery.P.S. - Don't forget to share a selfie with us! What about customs and duties?
For customers in India, your jewellery will be delivered duty-free from our Ahmedabad studio. For international customers, please be aware that you may be subject to customs duties. We recommend checking your country's regulations before placing your order. Depending on your location, you may be responsible for import taxes, customs fees, and other duties. Please note that we are unable to reimburse you for any duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Is there free shipping available?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders within India and for all international orders over —-----.
Is it necessary to share photo id copy once the payment is made?

Yes. Once the payment is made Photo ID is required for the Billing & Shipping Purpose.

Returns and Exchanges

My jewellery doesn't fit. Can I exchange it?

We want your KZL jewellery to become cherished heirlooms. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to facilitate an exchange.

The exchange policy varies depending on your location:

  • For customers in India, we offer free exchanges. Please request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order, and shipping charges will apply.
  • For customers in the US, UK, and EU, please also request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that this exchange is subject to shipping charges.
Can I request a refund or cancel my order?

Refunds are not offered for purchases made on —------.com or through any of our authorized retailers. All purchases are considered final.

However, you can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been processed, we will issue a refund within 15 working days.

How should I care for KZL jewellery?

KZL’s jewellery is meticulously handcrafted using 22k gold and other gems. Treat it as a precious treasure. While gold jewellery does not fade or corrode, the gems need to be taken care of to maintain their lasting shine; hence, avoid mixing them up with other jewels. With proper care, your KZL pieces will remain beautiful for years to come.

KZL offers a complimentary cleaning service for all our products. If you'd like to have your piece cleaned, please contact us at support@thekzl.com.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, we've got you covered under our one-year insurance and also provide all the necessary certifications regarding the jewels. This means that your jewellery is insured against all types of robbery, misplacement and more from the date of purchase if any damage to the material or craftsmanship occurs. Simply get in touch with us, and we'll work together to find a solution.

Items purchased from a third-party vendor (outside of thekzl.com) will not be covered under KZL’s warranty. Please contact the company from which you made the purchase for assistance.
